#2: 38 inches vertical jump and dunk. DIFFICULTY: HARD AND TOUGH

Dunking is very hard feat to accomplish especially if one is vertically challenged. However it is not entirely impossible to do so. I did managed to touch the rim back in my high school years before my left knee gave up. I did eventually made a full recovery at Form 5 although I lost few inches of my jumping prowess in the process. Ah, lets not dwell on the past and move on to the future.

Goals: From 26' to 38' vertical jump.
Motivation: Video below. He's shorter than me. He's only 165cm for f**k sake.
Duration: Who cares. but I approximated about 20 weeks excluding study week.

T Dub - One of the greatest dunker in the world. Only 175cm but... crazy shits he pull day in and day out.

Plan: Build upper and lower body strength to prepare for pylometrics training which is very crucial in generating explosive power.
Equipment: Gym.

Well, we will see the progress in week 9. about 2 months from now.
 53 things still to go!
cheers!
